Submit a Request

128mailbox_1Want to formally request some work to be done? Please submit a request.

Submitting a formal request does three things that are useful to you:

  1. Your request is captured along with all of the correct information  (saves time)  and sent to a priority cue that is tracked in an industry-standard support ticket system. (reliable) A copy is emailed off to the Nerd Herd with high priority status. (notified immediately)
  2. The system will send irritating emails to the Nerd Herd if a response to your request is not given within 24 hours of being received by the system. (24 hour maximum response time)
  3. Once you send the request via our website, you will be notified of its receipt into the system, and the rest of your interaction with the system is done entirely via your own email account. (simple to use)

We do hope that you use this system as it will guarantee that your responses are timely, structured, and easy to access.
